- 1 package of turkey bacon
- 2 cups of diced potatoes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 package of pie crusts
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and then remove and crumble it.
- Add the diced potatoes and onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
