  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the melted butter, eggs, and the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough and spread butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon on top. Roll it up tightly and cut into slices.
  5. Place the slices in a greased pan and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
