  • 1 pound scallops
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, onions)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak and scallops with salt and pepper.
