- 1 pound ground turkey
- 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
