  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 jalapeño, diced (optional)
  • 1 avocado, diced (for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken, corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and chicken broth.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
