  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. In the slow cooker, place the quartered potatoes at the bottom.
  4. Arrange the meatloaf patties on top of the potatoes.
  5. Pour beef broth over everything.
