  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
