- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- Cook the turkey bacon in the slow cooker until crispy.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the macaroni, and stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the macaroni.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
