- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups diced potatoes
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
