- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- In a slow cooker, brown the ground beef and drain any excess grease.
- Add the elbow macaroni, beef broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine, then cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
- Once cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve topped with chopped pickles.
