Slow Cooker Cheeseburger Mac and Cheese

A creamy and cheesy dish that brings the flavors of cheeseburgers into a comforting mac and cheese recipe, all made easily in a slow cooker.

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, brown the ground beef and drain any excess grease.
  2. Add the elbow macaroni, beef broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine, then cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
  4. Once cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Serve topped with chopped pickles.
