  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs, chopped (like thyme or rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Season beef chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the beef chops on both sides.
  3. Layer sliced potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Pour heavy cream over the potatoes and layer with shredded cheese.
  5. Place the browned beef chops on top.
