  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together beef broth, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the beef.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
