Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli Easy Comfort Food Delight

A delicious and easy recipe for slow cooker beef and broccoli that brings comfort food right to your home.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef flank steak, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Stir well.
  2. Add the sliced beef and coat with the sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, add the broccoli florets.
  5. Before serving, mix cornstarch with a little water to make a slurry. Add to the slow cooker and stir until sauce thickens.

Notes

  • Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
  • Adjust the amount of soy sauce to taste.
