1 pound fresh spinach
8 ounces crab meat
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, sauté the spinach until wilted.
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, turkey bacon, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Add the wilted spinach to the mixture and stir well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
Notes
For a richer flavor, substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon.
