- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
