  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced beef. Cook until browned.
  2. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce.
