- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add ground turkey, onion, and garlic; cook until turkey is browned.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
- Stir in cooked bacon and cheese, if using, until melted.
