  • 16 ounces heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 12 chocolate sandwich cookies, whole for layering

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in the crushed cookies gently.
  4. In a baking dish, layer whole cookies and spread a layer of the cream mixture on top.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream mixture on top.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
