  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until well mixed. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together powdered sugar and whipped cream until smooth. Spread over the graham cracker crust.
  3. Layer the sliced bananas over the whipped cream mixture.
  4. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the banana layer.
  5. Spread crushed pineapple over the chocolate layer.
  6. If using, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
