Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole

A delicious combination of meatloaf and mac and cheese, perfect for a cozy meal.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate pot, cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Mix cooked macaroni, milk, breadcrumbs, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese into the meat mixture.
  5. Transfer to a greased casserole dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
