- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate pot, cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Mix cooked macaroni, milk, breadcrumbs, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese into the meat mixture.
