1 cup kimchi, chopped
4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce

4 hoagie rolls
Instructions
In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the beef and cook until browned.
