1 pound ground beef
8 slices turkey bacon
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
1 cup marinara sauce
12 slider buns
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
In the same pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat, season with Italian seasoning, and drain excess fat.
Add the chopped turkey bacon and marinara sauce to the ground beef and mix well.
Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
Top the buns with the beef and bacon mixture, followed by the provolone cheese.
Cover with the top halves of the buns and brush with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced olives or banana peppers to the filling.
These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
