  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 2 cups shredded low-fat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and bell peppers until tender.
  3. Mix in the shredded chicken, turkey bacon, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
