  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sliced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potato mixture, followed by the cooked beef, and then the remaining potatoes.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
