Easy Gingerbread Tiramisu

This Easy Gingerbread Tiramisu combines the classic flavors of gingerbread with the creamy texture of tiramisu for a delightful holiday dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 24 gingerbread cookies
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, ginger, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine brewed coffee and coffee liqueur.
  3. Dip each gingerbread cookie in the coffee mixture quickly, ensuring they are not overly soaked.
  4. Layer half of the dipped gingerbread cookies at the bottom of a serving dish.
  5. Spoon half of the cream mixture over the cookies.
  6. Repeat with remaining cookies and cream mixture.
  7. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
