Easy Crockpot Meatball Penne with Provolone

  • 2 pounds frozen meatballs
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In the crockpot, add the frozen meatballs and pour marinara sauce over them.
  2. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and stir to combine.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  4. 30 minutes before serving, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the crockpot along with the provolone and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Stir everything together and let it cook for an additional 30 minutes until the cheese is melted.
