- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 4 cups potatoes, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Arrange the potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
