  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken breasts to the crockpot.
  2. Pour in the corn, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
  3. Sprinkle the chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
