  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
