Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

A delicious and easy recipe for garlic parmesan chicken pasta made in a crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces pasta (such as penne or fettuccine)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and add chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Once chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks and stir to combine with the sauce.
  4. Cook pasta according to package instructions then drain.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot and mix well to combine. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, simmer the sauce uncovered for the last 30 minutes.
  • Feel free to add vegetables to the recipe, such as spinach or peas.
