- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces pasta (such as penne or fettuccine)
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and add chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions then drain.
- Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot and mix well to combine. Serve warm.

- For a thicker sauce, simmer the sauce uncovered for the last 30 minutes.
