Crockpot Garlic Butter Steak with Loaded Turkey Bacon Ranch Potatoes

A rich and flavorful crockpot meal featuring tender garlic butter steak paired with loaded turkey bacon ranch potatoes.

  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 large russet potatoes
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper, then place it in the crockpot.
  2. Add the garlic butter on top of the steak.
  3. Wash and cut the potatoes into quarters and add them around the steak in the crockpot.
  4. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the potatoes and steak.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until the steak is tender.
  6. Once cooked, top the dish with crumbled turkey bacon, shredded cheddar, sour cream, and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For best flavor, marinate the steak overnight with garlic and herbs.
  • Feel free to substitute beef with chicken or pork.
