  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add the corn, shredded cheddar cheese, baby potatoes, ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder on top.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  4. Shred the chicken in the cooker and stir everything to combine before serving.
