Crockpot Creamy Cheddar Chicken Corn and Baby Potatoes

A delicious and creamy crockpot dish featuring tender chicken, sweet corn, and baby potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the drained corn and halved baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  6. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the shredded cheddar cheese and allow it to melt.
