Crockpot Creamy Beef and Potato Taco Bowls

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the ground beef.
  2. Add the potatoes, taco seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth to the crockpot.
  3. Stir in the browned ground beef.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
