- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- In a large crockpot, combine all the ingredients, including the chopped turkey bacon and browned beef.
- Stir well to combine and cover.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
