- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- Add the chicken, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- After cooking, tear the biscuit dough into pieces and drop them on top of the mixture.
- Cover and cook for an additional 1 hour until the biscuits are cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, remove some broth and mix with cornstarch before adding the biscuit dough.
- You can substitute chicken thighs for the chicken breasts for a different texture.
