- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the diced potatoes and broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover to let it melt.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, add a cornstarch slurry in the last hour of cooking.
- Feel free to add additional vegetables such as carrots or peas.
