  • 3 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the diced potatoes in the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then add the onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Layer the turkey bacon and onions over the potatoes.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture over the potato and bacon layer.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until potatoes are tender.
  7. Stir in the cheddar cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
