6 large potatoes, diced
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup chicken ham, diced
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, for topping
Instructions
Add the diced potatoes, cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, garlic, and chicken broth to the Crock Pot.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until potatoes are tender.
Once cooked, mash some of the potatoes with a fork or potato masher to thicken the soup.
Stir in the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well and let it cook for an additional 30 minutes.
