  • 6 large potatoes, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, for topping

Instructions

  1. Add the diced potatoes, cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, garlic, and chicken broth to the Crock Pot.
  2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until potatoes are tender.
  3. Once cooked, mash some of the potatoes with a fork or potato masher to thicken the soup.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well and let it cook for an additional 30 minutes.
