  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, spinach, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drain the pasta and mix it into the chicken mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
