Ingredients

  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté the mushrooms until soft.
  3. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Return the turkey bacon to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot.
