  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Increase heat to medium-high and add shrimp. Cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Reduce heat to low, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted.
  5. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
