- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 (12-ounce) package stuffing mix
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- In another bowl, combine the stuffing mix and milk, then add it on top of the chicken mixture in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top and cover again until melted.
