Creamy Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing for a Cozy Family Dinner

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 (12-ounce) package stuffing mix
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  3. In another bowl, combine the stuffing mix and milk, then add it on top of the chicken mixture in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top and cover again until melted.

Notes

  • For a heartier meal, serve with steamed vegetables.
