- 2 bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces salmon fillets
- 8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the Cajun seasoning, then add the salmon and shrimp until cooked.
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and parmesan in a bowl.
- Mix in the cooked salmon and shrimp, then fill the pepper halves with this mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the peppers are tender.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.

- For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning to the filling.
