- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup scallops, chopped
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shrimp, scallops, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, heavy cream, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle additional cheese on top, if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
