- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup garlic cream sauce
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the garlic cream sauce over the stuffed shells.
