  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk until well blended.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring continuously until smooth.
  5. Pour the custard mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is set.
  7. Let it cool before serving.
