- 12 large pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
