- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
