  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in taco seasoning.
  4. Add the potatoes and diced tomatoes, mixing well.
