  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the baby potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until the potatoes are well-coated.
  3. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Drizzle with sour cream before serving.
