- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
